Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email us at loyalpetwellness@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive the unopened product, we'll issue your refund within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
